OUR SERVICES
Building sustainable recovery from Substance Use Disorder, Addiction, and Mental Health Trauma involves much more than just the individual – it takes the community.
We offer a wide range of services utilizing an approach that focuses on our 3 pillars of recovery: Mindfulness, Healthy Lifestyle, and Movement/Bodywork. We work to empower individuals and help guide them to their own version of sustainable recovery.
There are a number of live free classes that we host on-line, as well as recorded videos on our social media – Check our events page for timings of live classes and subscribe to our YouTube channel.
